1.Product description;

Calcium citrate is white powder, odourless, slightly deliquescence. Difficulty soluble in water, almost insoluble in ethanol. When heated to 100, it may lose crystal water, when heated to 120, the crystal will lose water completely.

2 Application:

Calcium Citrate is white powder, used as chelant, buffer, coagulant, calcareous intensified agent. It can be used in soy products. Meanwhile, its usage and limitation are low powered concentrated milk, sweet condensed milk, cream. It can be used in flour, cookie, etc.
